IIEE – State of Qatar Chapter (IIEE-SQC) is a non- stock, non-profit, non-political, non- religious organization duly recognized as an accredited chapter of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Incorporated. The Chapter exists under the guidance of the Institute and in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
IIEE – State of Qatar Chapter's Mission is to deliver high-quality services and products for the purpose of instilling Excellence in the Electrical Practitioner, Enhancing the Electrical Profession, and Making a Positive Contribution to National development by conducting Technical Seminars, Trainings, Reviews, Mentoring Programmes, Symposiums, Gatherings, and Conventions.
IIEE – State of Qatar Chapter (SQC) conduct Sportsfests such as Bowling, Billiards, Table Tennis, and Dart Tournaments to encourage bonding, teamwork, build and foster camaraderie, and promote health among members and Filipino Electrical Practitioners.
As the Organization's continuing commitment to support our Embassy, we also contribute part of the proceeds to help our distressed "Kababayan" OFWs.
IIEE – State of Qatar Chapter (SQC) is associated with Toastmaster International - a world leader organization in helping individuals become more competent and comfortable in front of an audience, to practice and hone communication and leadership skills.

Toastmasters ClubIIEE - SQC was founded on November 19, 2005 by 35 Founding Council Core Members and accredited as a Foreign Chapter by IIEE-National Office in Manila and the Philippine Embassy – Doha, Qatar, in December 2005.
IIEE - SQC is a professional organization of practicing Electrical Engineers in Qatar whose objective and purpose is geared with the Continuing Professional Education program of the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), and assist in one way or another in the socio-civic activities of the Philippine Embassy in the State of Qatar.
The IIEE-SQC Website was created on March 7, 2010 through the initiatives of IIEE-SQC’s 2010 Chapter President Engr. Robert Villanueva,PEE and former 2005&2006 Chapter President Engr. Mario Agbayani,PEE. The IIEE-SQC Website was officially introduced during the 2010 Mid-Year Convention. The IIEE-SQC Website was created to serve as a collaboration tool regarding the Organization’s events & activities.
