PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: Embassy Advisory No. ALT-17-2020 : POLO adjusted services in light of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)

Announcement from Qatar Fuel ( WOQOD)<br />
<br />
- The tag is basically a microchip that will be affixed near the fuel tank opening of a vehicle to allow motorists to speed up payments and track the amount of fuel that goes into their vehicles through their smartphones<br />
<br />
- The tag carries details of the vehicle such as its registration number, name and the location of fuel station along with the date and time<br />
<br />
- A valid copy of the Qatari ID and Istimarah are required to get the free tags between March 17 and June 17.
